1. Shipping costs

For all orders in our online shop within Austria we offer free shipping for orders over € 50. Otherwise the shipping costs are € 4.90 .

2. Delivery time

The delivery time is usually 5-9 working days from receipt of payment. In case of higher demand or delays by the shipping service provider, delivery times may be longer. We will inform you immediately if there are any delays in delivery.

3. Shipping service provider

Shipping is carried out by reliable shipping partners such as DHL, DPD or UPS. The choice of shipping service provider is based on the delivery destination and the availability of the services.

4. Shipping to other countries

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the entire European Union. Delivery times for orders within the EU may vary and are displayed during the ordering process. Any customs fees, import taxes or other charges that may arise are to be borne by the customer.

5. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery online at any time.

6. Delivery address

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete. The shop accepts no liability for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

7. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete information or the absence of the recipient, we reserve the right to process the return and inform the customer.

8. Transport damage

Please check the goods upon receipt for any transport damage. If you notice any damage, please report it to the deliverer immediately and contact us to find a quick solution.

9. Returns
